As an artist with a background in animation, I have always been inspired by colour and movement. During my time at university I specialised in traditional 2D animation and illustration. My ambition, however, has always been to work on larger, hands on, projects so working in film and TV production as a scenic artist was a natural progression from this. I then took my work out into the community, working with councils to promote equality and health promotion. A passion for film, animation and comic art have all been brought into my work painting murals in schools since 2008, and I hope that this will be something that I can develop and expand on during my time working with CAER Studio. During my spare time I enjoy cinema, books on 50’s & 60’s animation and working in my sketchbooks.
